# Overview Mitale is an AI role-playing and storytelling platform that allows users to interact with a variety of AI characters through artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Our vision is to provide a platform where users can experience immersive roleplay and narrative interactions with AI characters that respond emotionally and naturally. To maintain a friendly, safe, and enjoyable environment for all users, Mitale has established the following Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all users and AI characters on the platform. As new usage patterns or risks emerge, these guidelines may be updated to align with the growth and actual usage of the Mitale community. Thank you for helping to make Mitale a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. # Content Moderation Guidelines To keep the platform safe and enjoyable, Mitale balances creative freedom with appropriate content control. A combination of automated systems and manual review is used to moderate content. ## Content Moderation Policy **❌ Content that is not permitted will be removed.** All users may freely create and interact with AI characters within Mitale's guidelines. However, if any content or AI characters are found to violate these policies, Mitale will take action based on severity: ### 🔥 BANNED Content (Strictly Prohibited) Content or AI characters will be immediately removed from the platform. ### ⚠️ NC Content (Restricted to Adults / Sensitive) Mitale may: - Delete inappropriate images - Adjust content visibility or system restrictions - Set content to private or unlisted without prior notice ## Restricted Content Not Suitable for Minors While Mitale supports diverse creative expression, certain content is not appropriate for younger users. Content intended for adults (18+) will be restricted, gated, or hidden to ensure a safe experience for all users. ## Content Rating (PG / NC / BAN) Mitale classifies content into three levels based on dialogue, narrative, character behavior, descriptions, and images. ### PG — Suitable for General Audiences Some scenes may contain mild mature themes. Parental guidance is recommended for younger users. #### 1. Sexual Activity Scenes for All Genders Sexual intercourse, orgasm scenes, or explicit sexual activity must not be posted or described. Permitted content includes: - Nudity without sexual intent - Kissing, hugging, cuddling, or light caressing - Romantic interactions without sexual detail #### 2. Immoral, Harmful, and Violent Content Such content may be referenced but must remain within appropriate boundaries and must not encourage imitation. Violence, crime, or drug-related topics may be mentioned but must not include detailed methods or instructions. Content that promotes hatred, cults, false beliefs, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or institutions is not permitted. ### NC — Suitable for Adults Aged 18 and Above Users must confirm age before accessing this content. Profanity is allowed. #### 1. Sexual Activity Scenes for All Genders Descriptions of sexual intercourse or masturbation are permitted without explicit or vulgar language. Explicit anatomical focus or pornographic detail is not allowed. Sexual content must not exceed 50% of the total storyline or roleplay. Images, videos, or visual depictions of sexual activity or nudity are not permitted. #### 2. Immoral, Harmful, and Violent Content Mature themes such as violence, crime, or psychological distress may appear with appropriate warnings. Characters' ages must be clearly stated. Violence and murder must not be described in a detailed or realistic manner that could be replicated. Illegal or dangerous illustrations, images, or videos are not permitted. ### BAN — Unacceptable Content The following content is strictly prohibited: #### 1. Violent Behavior and Illegal Acts - Threats or intent to harm individuals or groups - Promotion or encouragement of violence - Encouraging theft, vandalism, or criminal behavior - Providing advice or instructions for illegal activities #### 2. Sexual Abuse and Physical Harm to Youth - Any form of sexual content involving minors - Romantic or sexual relationships between adults and minors - Sexual solicitation of minors - Incest - Promotion or romanticization of rape or non-consensual acts #### 3. Suicide and Self-Harm - Promotion or instruction related to suicide or self-harm #### 4. Copyrighted or Unoriginal Content - Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights - Unauthorized copying or imitation of other users' characters or content - Use of images without proper authorization or credit Fan content is permitted only for non-commercial use and must respect the original creator. Mitale reserves the right to remove content upon request from copyright owners. #### 5. Drugs - Content that encourages or promotes the use of addictive substances #### 6. Animal Cruelty - Promotion or depiction of animal abuse - Sexual content involving animals (bestiality) ## Level of Image Usage (PG / NC / BAN) ### PG — Suitable for All Ages - Characters in normal or context-appropriate attire - Non-sexual anime, cartoon, or illustrated characters - Fantasy or action scenes without graphic violence ### NC — Restricted (Must Be Hidden or Blurred) - Provocative outfits or suggestive poses - Visible wounds or blood without graphic detail - Dark fantasy or horror imagery without gore ### BAN — Do Not Publish - Full nudity in any form - Sexualized minors - Extreme violence, torture, or self-harm - Gore, exposed organs, or excessive blood - Animal cruelty or sexual violence imagery ## Content Display and Discovery Mitale's content feed prioritizes safety and suitability: ### PG Content - Displayed normally across the platform ### NC Content - May have reduced visibility or require age confirmation - Character names, taglines, and images should remain PG-level ### BAN Content - Immediately removed, with further action for repeated violations > **⚠️ Note:** Mitale's AI moderation and display systems are continuously evolving and may change without prior notice. ## Additional Notes - Character backgrounds may reference past trauma if handled carefully and without excessive detail. - Trauma, abuse, or violence must not be the main focus or appeal of a character. - Only PG-rated characters may be selected for official promotion or featuring. - Redirecting users to prohibited external content is treated as a direct violation. ## Reporting Content If you encounter content that may violate these guidelines, please report it through the Mitale platform. All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken to maintain a safe and respectful environment. **Mitale reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time without prior notice.**
